Seven Scorpions

The scorpions had an opinion. She overruled it.
A stranger tale on the same stela gives her an escort. Egyptian magical tradition sends her into the delta with seven scorpions walking beside her, each one named, and has a wealthy woman shut the door on the party. A fisherwoman with nothing takes them in instead. The scorpions pool their venom into one of their number and it stings the wealthy woman's son; told of it, she cures the boy regardless, and the text keeps the line in which she says so. The precedent the spell invokes is a healer who refused to let a child settle a debt.
